Brain science is becoming more and more popular. At least many people know that the brain has two parts. The left cerebral hemisphere which is capable of speaking, writing, calculating ideas as a result of analysis, ranking, knowing time and place. Right cerebral hemisphere is a brain that works on emotions, creativity, imagination, awareness, and art, but how many people know that their brains are intertwined and not broken apart. You try to imagine that while you are reading this article, the left brain will work as a transcription of the story that you read.     Brain Gym’s activities were discovered and developed by Dr. Paul Denison (American Psychologist). There are principle for making the connection of the brain system both strong and active. This will make the communication and learning of the brain as a whole to balance the performance. It also helps to relax tension. It makes your mind ready to learn and have memory both short and long term. There is also humor because the brain waves will slow down.

    Brain gym can be done through simple movements, such as

1. Cross Over Movement to work the two hemisphere to communicate well with each other, such as touch switch.
2. Lengthening Movement relaxes the tension of the front and back of the body, such as the yoga position.
3. Energizing Movement is a posture that stimulates nerve function to help you learn better.
4. Simple exercise such as the rotation of the throat.

    Another simple way to help the brain relax, and everyone can do as simple as you can’t be unexpected, it is to drink clean water. The water will help to replace the body fluid with excretion or sweat each day. It is also an important help in bringing neurotransmitters into the brain as well. During the day, you should drink water all the time to keep the brain balanced and productive.

    With simple methods for our brains, they will work and stay with us for a long time. Don’t waste your money on the gym and you just get up to do these things for yourself to make a change in your life.
